The Government has introduced new legislation that comes into force for new tenancies that start from the 1st February 2016.

The following types of ID are acceptable:
A British passport (current or expired) for any tenant, lodger or household member aged 18 or over.
An Irish passport (current or expired) for any tenant, lodger or household member aged 18 or over.
A certificate of registration or naturalisation as a British citizen for any tenant, lodger or household member aged 18 or over.
A share code for non-British citizens or your original immigration documents.
Should you not have any of the above please speak to our lettings team for further acceptable forms of ID.
We will be unable to offer a tenancy to anyone that is unable to prove their right to live in the UK.
