About the home
With four generous-sized bedrooms, a separate dining room and integral garage, The Meldon ticks all the right boxes. This classic family home delivers on all fronts. Downstairs, there's a stylish and well-appointed kitchen with ample room for a breakfast table. The living room is light and bright thanks to the large French doors leading to the rear patio. There's also a separate dining room and WC. Because we know garages are used for much more than parking the car, this can also be accessed from the hallway too. Upstairs, the carefully thought-out layout continues. There are three double bedrooms and a generous single bedroom. The master bedroom has a stylish shower room en suite, plus there's a contemporary bathroom and lots of handy storage too.
