Aria makes a proper first impression from the moment you arrive. The communal reception is a genuinely considered space, with dark ribbed-panel feature walls, warm ambient uplighting and a calm, contemporary feel that sets the tone for the apartments above. Concierge cover, lift access to all floors and a secure video entry system with CCTV throughout the communal areas add reassurance on a day-to-day basis.
The studio itself is open-plan, with the kitchen, living and sleeping areas flowing naturally into one another. The kitchen is fitted with a full suite of integrated appliances, including a washer/dryer, full-height fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven, with wall and base-level cabinetry in a clean, contemporary finish. Wood-effect flooring runs underfoot throughout, and the layout makes practical, unfussy use of the space.
A private balcony extends things outward, offering a useful outdoor amenity above the city. The bathroom is finished to a neat modern standard, with a full-size bath, overhead shower, vanity unit with storage, heated towel rail and fully tiled walls and floor. The apartment comes fully furnished and is ready to move into straight away. Located in the City Centre, Aria is just a short walk from both the University of Leicester and De Montfort University and is seconds away from the Leicester Train station. The Highcross Shopping centre offers an abundance of high street shops, restaurants and bars.
