This student house is a contemporary styled 6 bedroom crib with 2 bathrooms. In the spacious and light living room there is a flat screen tv and comfy sofas for a homely feel and in the kitchen there is a large dining table perfect for group dinners. As well as this, each of the 6 double bedrooms has a desk with a chair, storage space and its own television. The property has high speed internet and Google Chrome Cast to cater to all your online media needs, as well as 3 bathrooms and a front and back garden.
This spacious 6-bedroom house has great transport links as it is only 3 minutes from a bus stop that can take you to University of Leeds within 20 minutes, and only 7 minutes away from your local Sainsburys, great for a last minute house dinner. Grab a bite to eat at the Greasy Pig only 3 minutes away, or head into the centre in 15 minutes to have a cheeky Nando's, we won't judge!
Due to its popularity amongst students, there are great transport links to various areas of Leeds, including a 20 minute bus ride to Trinity Leeds (perfect for a bit of retail therapy), and a 25 minute bus ride to Club Mission, great for a night out with friends. If Mint Club is more your scene, a 22minute bus ride will take you right there, no hassle.
