Property description
This well-presented one-bedroom ground floor apartment is available through the popular Rent to Buy scheme, offering a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a quality home while working towards homeownership.
The property features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, alongside a generously sized bedroom and modern bathroom.
For added convenience, the apartment comes complete with a range of gifted appliances, including an oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, wine cooler, and washing machine. Quality flooring is fitted throughout the property and is also included as a gifted feature.
Please note that the apartment does not include an allocated parking space. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, and residents may contact the management company directly to enquire about parking availability. The management company does not allow smoking or pets in the apartments.
The rent is £800.02 pcm. This includes service charge. The deposit is £800.02.
With the Rent to Buy scheme you rent your home for a 5-year period at an intermediate rent of 80% to market rent. To be eligible, you must be in employment. The idea is that this allows you to save up for a deposit in this time period. After the 5 year rental period, you will then have the opportunity to purchase your home (100% including freehold) directly from Hellens Residential at market value. The rent that you pay throughout this time does not contribute to the purchase of property. If after 5 years you do not want to buy then you are able to continue renting at market rent levels, end your tenancy, or we may sell the property on the open market.
The 5-year rental period is as follows:
1-year probationary tenancy (You are not able to end your tenancy is this period)
2-year fixed tenancy
2-year fixed tenancy
