This property is offered at 80% of the open market value under our intermediate rent scheme. The scheme is designed to help people who cannot afford to rent on the open market.
Applicants must:
1. Have total household income between approximately rent X 30 and £80,000 per year before tax
2. Have the funds available for: one month's rent in advance, and the deposit (equal to 1 months' rent)
3. Be able to pass the relevant reference checks (credit, employment and landlord)
4. Must not be a homeowner or attached to a mortgage
5. Be legally permitted to reside in the UK, and be able to provide evidence of this; this applies to all occupants aged 18 and over.
