All measurements are indicative of room sizes and should not be used as final measurements for the purposes of purchasing floor coverings, furniture etc.
Because we like our tenants to make their homes their own most properties are supplied without floor coverings and white goods. In certain circumstances we may issue vouchers for decorating purposes. Whilst we recognise our clients may have to move for various reasons, our tenancies are very secure and as such ideally geared to those looking for the security of a long term tenancy.
*Whilst we will always deal with enquiries as quickly as possible, during exceptionally busy periods this can take up to 10 working days.
