This family home is nestled in a quite residential cul-de-sac and must be viewed to be appreciated.
The home very briefly comprises off street parking at the side of the property, an entrance hall leading to the spacious lounge which in turn leads to the kitchen/dining area. French doors then lead to the good sized enclosed rear garden. To the first floor the property offers two double bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom and family bathroom with three piece suite and shower.
This residential suburb, situated 4 miles south of Leeds city centre, with easy access to local amenities, close to transport links and the New Forest Plantation (a multi-functional woodland) is a very popular location.
We are asking applicants to complete a short questionnaire so we are able to assess suitability prior to any physical viewing. The questionnaire will automatically be provided when a viewing is requested from this website.
Any application to rent this property will be subject to a tenants referencing service which will include a credit and afford ability check. As a minimum requirement you must be able to demonstrate an annual income of at least £33,000. A deposit is also required but subject to your individual circumstances, terms and conditions a REPOSIT scheme is available.
