No Deposit Option: Instead of paying a traditional security deposit, you can choose the No Deposit Option. Under this option, no security deposit is required. Instead, a non-refundable fee of £12 per week is added to your rent for the duration of your tenancy. You remain responsible for any damage or losses during your tenancy.
