Holding Deposit
Should you wish to make an offer on a property with I Am The Agent and it be accepted by the Landlord, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks agreed rent, no more. This, if agreed by the landlord will remove the property from the market whilst reference checks and preparation of the tenancy agreement are undertaken. Refunding a Holding Deposit
