The Property
The block is made up of 27 purpose built flats. The main door has a door entry system and access to the top floor is via stairs or a modern lift. The communal hallways are spacious, light and airy. The flat is on the top floor; this means that it is quiet as there is no one above you and it is located far enough away from the stairs and lift so that you aren't disturbed by people coming and going, it also benefits from the privacy of not having people passing the windows or balcony like a flat on the ground floor would have.
The property makes for the perfect home for a couple or friends sharing. There are two double bedrooms and two storage cupboards. There is also one main family bathroom with a shower over bath and separate toilet.
The lounge / diner has views of East Ipswich with dual aspect windows and french doors leading onto a south facing balcony. The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, a fan assisted electric oven and gas hob and a fridge freezer. The flat has double glazing and gas central heating throughout.
There is access to the communal garden and laundry room (free access to washing machines and tumble drier). Water bills are included in the rent. Tenant responsible for Council Tax, Electric, Gas and Broadband.

Outside there is unrestricted on-street parking or an allocated space can be rented in the car park opposite (by separate arrangement with the landowner).
