Weekly clean of communal hallways, stairways and landings too. Day-to-day tidying remains with residents, but the basics are taken care of.
Spring Court offers a collection of fully furnished 2-7 bedroom flats, ideal for students, professionals, and keyworkers. Located on Spring Road in East Ipswich (IP4), the property is within walking distance of the town centre, Derby Road Station, and local amenities.
Group bookings are welcome, and discounts may be available for those taking a full flat. 50% off the 12th month's rent. Tenants must move in together on the same day. Applicable to 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom flatshares.
