Holding Deposit:
Equivalent of one-week rent is required to secure the property. Once this is paid, the property will be withdrawn from the market. This amount will be deducted from the first month’s rent payment before moving into the property.
Please note: The holding deposit is refundable if the Landlord rejects the offer. The holding deposit is non-refundable if the tenant decides to terminate from the process or fails to pass the references.
