The ethos of The Loft House is modern metropolitan living. Discreetly located above Status Group in Park Place, off East Street, and adjacent to Piries Place, it is within the eastern quarter that is renowned for its bustling cafes, restaurants, takeaways, shops, bars and leisure facilities. The area has a continental style with many businesses contributing to the al-fresco culture and popular evening economy.

On the doorstep are national chains such as Everyman Cinema, Kaspa’s Desserts, Starbucks, Miller & Carter, Cote Brasserie, and Nando’s, together with independent convenience stores for all your essential grocery supplies. It is also a short distance from major supermarkets, Swan Walk Shopping Centre, West Street, Carfax, Causeway, Horsham Park, and the bus and train stations.

The property is accessed from the highway via a smart brick paved courtyard mews that is secured by large oak double gates. The house has its own contemporary entrance through which is enclosed a small lobby, and an internal staircase that leads up towards two floors of stylish premium living accommodation.

On the first floor is a spacious open plan lounge and kitchen diner area. A feature fireplace and bay window compliment the lounge. The large modern kitchen, with views over Piries Place, has generous unit storage together with appliances that consist of a cooker, hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. A glass partitioned corridor separates the area from a bathroom, laundry area with washer-dryer, and a staircase that leads to the top floor. On the top floor are two double sized bedrooms and a further bathroom.

The Victorian property was fully refurbished in 2025 and upgraded to a high specification to include modern energy and sound insulation, double glazed UPVC sash windows, LED lighting, an ultra-energy efficient heat pumped hot water system, electric radiator heating, and all new fixtures and fittings.

The shared gated courtyard mews gives the property a pleasant outside space. A bistro set and patio heater are provided for tenants to use and enjoy under the illuminated pergola that covers part of the area.
