* Spacious bathroom - simple, clean and family-friendly with walk-in shower
* Large living and dining area - light, bright, and perfect for gathering
* Practical kitchen - well equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. It's not high-end, but it's got everything you need and has brand new flooring too.

* Private parking in the courtyard, with space for visitors
* Lovely shared courtyard gardens - safe for kids and perfect for a wee cuppa in the sun

Fancy a wee walk by the water? The path into Helensburgh is stunning and totally doable with kids, dogs, or bikes. There is also Kidston Park which has a little coffee shop, which is great for a little stop on your way. Helensburgh brings all the extras - shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and great rail connections to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This home is available to rent now and ready for you to move in and make it your own.
Whether you're new to the area or just looking for a fresh start somewhere peaceful and full of charm - Ardenconnel Mews might just be the perfect fit.
