Property description
AVAILABLE NOW- TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE - SOUTH FACING GARDEN - SOUGHT AFTER AREA - VILLAGE LOCATION- GARAGE EN BLOC.
Burrell Green is a beautiful, small cul-de-sac located within the highly sought-after Chapelfields Estate and only a short walk to Cuckfield Village High Street, with an array of historic buildings, retail outlets, cafes, pubs and the highly regarded Warden Park School and Holy Trinity Primary School, as well as some beautiful public footpaths leading to countryside walks.
The house features a modern kitchen and newly fitted family bathroom, as well as total redecoration throughout. The front of the property overlooks a tidy communal green with pedestrian access to the front door. There is ample residents parking nearby, and a low-maintenance front garden with space for storing bins.
The front door leads straight into an entrance hall with stairs ascending to the first floor, door to downstairs WC and door into the downstairs living accommodation. The downstairs accommodation has been opened up to create an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, with stunning wood-effect laminate flooring, French Doors to the rear south-facing garden, understairs cupboard and a modern fitted kitchen (comprising of integrated oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and drainer and freestanding space for tenants to install their own washing machine and fridge freezer).
Upstairs there are two double-bedrooms serviced by the family bathroom. The family bathroom comes partially tiled and fitted with a modern bathtub, glass shower screen, rainfall shower head, vanity unity with sink and storage plus modern toilet cistern.
Outside, with the garden being south-facing, it benefits from sunshine all day in the warmer months, and requires next to no work to maintain, as it's fully decked (replaced 2024) with plenty of space for potting plants and seating areas (garden photos are from before the decking replacement).
