Property description
A well-presented static caravan set in a peaceful, secluded location with lovely open views. The accommodation offers a bright and airy lounge and a kitchen fitted with a range of units. There is one comfortable bedroom and a shower room with a WC and wash hand basin. Externally, the property benefits from an allocated parking space and a fenced patio area. It also benefits from being recently decorated and recarpeted throughout.
Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 weeks rent) for the property you are applying for stops the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised as references pending). By paying the holding deposit it allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy. Once the referencing procedure is completed and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to the applicant, or put towards the first months' rent or deposit.
Some or all of the holding deposit can be retained by the agent if the applicant withdraws their application or does not pass the referencing procedure by providing false or misleading information.
