PREMIUM PERIOD PROFESSIONAL HOUSE SHARE – GREAT YELDHAM, CO9
Brand New Throughout Huge Double Bedrooms Large Garden Excellent Parking Starlink Broadband All Bills Included
A house share designed to feel like a proper home — not a typical HMO conversion.
A rare opportunity to become one of the first residents of a newly refurbished premium professional house share within a substantial period home in Great Yeldham.
The entire property is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and will be completely fresh for its first occupants. The intention has been to create a genuinely comfortable home for a small group of working professionals rather than simply divide a house into as many rentable rooms as possible.
The property retains the character and proportions of a traditional Edwardian period house, including high ceilings, large windows, generous rooms and excellent natural light, while being modernised throughout.
Several of the bedrooms are significantly larger than the average room found in a house share. The two largest bedrooms are approximately 17.8m² / 192 sq ft and 17.4m² / 187 sq ft and will be supplied with king-size beds. Even with a king-size bed, they offer plenty of room for wardrobes, drawers and a proper desk/home-working area.
The property also has something that many house shares lack: proper communal space. Residents will have use of a fully furnished communal living room, a generous shared kitchen, utility facilities, two bathrooms/WCs and a large rear garden available for everyone in the house to enjoy.
The communal areas will be fully furnished and equipped, while bedrooms will be part-furnished, providing the essential furniture while still allowing residents to personalise their own space.
There is also excellent off-road parking at the property and opposite it and high-speed Starlink broadband, suitable for working from home, streaming and gaming.
