Move Property Sales & Lettings are delighted to proudly present Aspley House to the market — an exceptional co-living development set within a stunning Grade II listed building, perfectly positioned on the doorstep of Gloucester Quays and the Historic Docks.
Combining the character and charm of a period property with the style, comfort and convenience expected from modern professional accommodation, Aspley House provides a truly impressive co-living environment for those looking for something a little different from the traditional house share.
The property has been recently refurbished throughout to an exceptionally high standard, with careful consideration given to both the individual rooms and communal spaces. Each room has been individually designed and finished, creating a stylish and contemporary feel while retaining many of the building's original period features.
Every bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite shower room and kitchenette area, providing an excellent level of independence and privacy. High-speed broadband is also available throughout the property, making Aspley House particularly well suited to modern working professionals, including those who may work from home.
The communal facilities have been thoughtfully designed to encourage a sociable yet comfortable living environment. The property benefits from two fully equipped communal kitchens, with one located on the ground floor and another on the top floor, giving residents convenient access to cooking and dining facilities without compromising on space. There is also a dedicated laundry area and a communal guest shower room, adding further practicality to the accommodation.
Room 10 is located on the top floor of Aspley House and is a particularly attractive double bedroom, combining generous proportions with a wealth of original character.
The room benefits from a beautiful high ceiling and feature fireplace, creating a real sense of space and character that is rarely found within modern professional accommodation. The room has been finished in a contemporary style while retaining these original features, resulting in a unique blend of period charm and modern living.
A stylish private en-suite shower room provides convenience and privacy, while the room's own kitchenette area offers additional flexibility for day-to-day living.
The room is also positioned directly adjacent to the top-floor communal kitchen, providing easy access to the shared facilities while still maintaining the privacy of your own bedroom and en-suite.
Aspley House offers an excellent balance between private, self-contained living and the benefits of a professionally managed co-living environment. Residents can enjoy their own private bedroom, en-suite and kitchenette, alongside beautifully presented communal spaces where they can cook, relax and socialise.
With Gloucester Quays, the Historic Docks and Gloucester city centre all within easy reach, residents are ideally positioned to take advantage of the area's fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, shops, leisure facilities and transport links.
