Moda Living provides deposit alternative renting across all neighbourhoods as standard, but we understand some residents prefer a traditional deposit option.

If you prefer, you can select a traditional deposit option of paying 5 weeks rent upfront which is refundable subject to a satisfactory check out appointment.
