? Raise height of banister and handrail on landing to meet building regulations
? Remove staircase to loft which does not meet building regulations
? Install new loft hatch and stair?type pull?down loft ladder
? Re?secure door frame and install new letter plate to front door
? Install 1?hour fire?proof boarding to underside of stairs
? Seal all joints and edges with intumescent sealant
