The Area
Could this cosy, homely and comfortable four bedroom Victorian terraced house be your home in the 2026-27 academic year?
The house is located on a quiet, residential street but is just a two minute walk away from the bus stop, ten minutes from the city centre, a twenty to twenty-five minute walk from the Streatham campus and fiteen minute walk to the St Lukes campus. There is a handy shop on the road, and another round the corner, opposite the local pub and several nice local cafes.
The Property
The house is spacious but warm, gas centrally heated and double-glazed throughout and relatively cheap to heat. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three upstairs. All have double beds, wardrobes, desks and chests of drawers. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs bathroom was refurbished in August 2025.
The kitchen benefits from cupboard space, a gas cooker, a large fridge-freezer and extra freezer space. It has a brand new washing machine and dishwasher aswell as a ceiling-hung clothes airer and a dining area.
The back garden, which is mostly laid to lawn, catches the afternoon and evening sun. It contains a rotary clothes drier, a shed for garden tools, and a patio dining set. There is access via the back lane so that bikes may be brought in and stored there.
The house has recently been re-painted outside and in and has smart new carpets.
