For a limited time, selected Dockside apartments are available from £2,200 per calendar month effective rent*, equivalent to one month rent free over the first 12 months of occupation.
The contractual rent payable under the tenancy agreement remains £2,400 pcm, with the promotional incentive funded by the landlord and applied as a rent credit during the sixth month of occupation.
Key promotion terms:
