3-bedroom Flat for rent at Hesperus Broadway, Edinburgh, EH5

Exceptional 3-Bedroom Luxury Waterfront Flat – Granton Marina, Edinburgh

A rare opportunity to rent an exceptionally spacious three-bedroom waterfront apartment in the highly sought-after Granton Marina development.

This impressive corner property is considerably larger than a typical three-bedroom flat and offers three generously sized double/king bedrooms, panoramic waterfront views, extensive private balconies, excellent natural light, secure underground parking with an allocated wide parking space, and a beautifully designed layout that needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated.

The heart of the property is the superb open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Extensive glazing on multiple sides creates a bright, welcoming living space with open views across the waterfront and excellent natural light throughout the day.

The generous proportions continue throughout the flat, including an unusually wide entrance hallway providing comfortable access to all bedrooms and living areas.

All three bedrooms are full-size double bedrooms, including a particularly large king-size principal bedroom with a stylish en-suite shower room. The main family bathroom is also generously sized and finished to a high standard, with a bathtub, overhead shower, floor-to-ceiling tiling and quality fittings.

The property is fully furnished with high-quality furniture and benefits from efficient underfloor heating throughout the entire flat, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The boiler and heating system are professionally maintained and covered for emergency repairs.

The development itself is modern, secure and well maintained, with lift access, professionally maintained communal areas and secure underground parking.
