Property description
A stylish, furnished, two-double-bedroom apartment that is only a few minutes' walk from Haymarket. Comes with parking included, and pets are considered. Available now!
The property's sleek, modern kitchen has been designed to maximise worktop and cupboard space. It comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, slim dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. It also has a freestanding washing machine. Its south-facing windows behind the sink allow light to flood into the room.
Another highlight of this property is the living/dining room. It is spacious and has a bay window containing the dining area. It comes with a 2-seater sofa, a long TV stand with storage drawers, and an extendable dining table with two chairs.
Both double bedrooms are spacious and have large built-in wardrobes and double beds. In addition to the double-glazing present throughout the property, these bedrooms have secondary glazing too, to minimise the impact of external noise during the night.
The striking bathroom has a large wall mirror and a bath with shower overhead. It has neutral wet-wall around the bath area and a lino floor, making it easy to clean and maintain.
The energy-conscious will be pleased with this property's higher-than-average EPC rating. The property has gas heating powered by a relatively new boiler.
The property includes a parking permit allowing the holder access to private parking areas in the development, and further free on-street parking is available. A second permit may be obtained at a small fee once the property is occupied and subject to availability. There is also a communal bike store.
The apartment is located within a quiet development at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a peaceful location, with no through traffic, making it easy to forget you are in the city when you are inside!
The other end of the cul-de-sac connects to Dalry Road, one of the city's main throughfares. This means there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. Haymarket (with its train station, tram stop and impressive bus links) is only a 5-minute walk away. There are lots of nearby shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. There is a large Co-Op supermarket only a 2-minute walk away, and Lidl is less than a 10-minute walk away. For those looking for nearby activities, Dalry Swim Centre is just an 8-minute walk away and Fountain Park (with its gym, minigolf, casino, bowling and cinema) is only a 12-minute walk away, it has a gym, restaurants and cinema.
The location of this property makes it ideal for professional couples and sharers who are looking for stylish city living and superior city convenience, without the stressful city noise and constant city bustle at their doorstep.
