Permitted Payments - We will charge tenants for the following during your tenancy (please note, this does not include any costs incurred for breaking the tenancy or damages to the property): 1) Missed or late rent (this cannot exceed 3% above the Bank of England's annual percentage rate for each day the payment is outstanding). 2) Change of tenancy.
