Housemates are quiet, polite and tidy professionals.  Two huge shared kitchens and a large shared sitting room. Rooms are suitable for professionals (working or retired) or a sensible/mature student. The kitchens and sitting rooms are uncrowded. It's fine to have a sensible friend to visit but sorry, no parties, as others are in employment.

We provide 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaning of shared areas.

Housebills are included in rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, water, waste water and waste disposal).  Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated- commercial machines (take big loads) - £3 to wash and £1 to dry (prevents queues as full loads are usually washed).
