• Late payment of rent: 3% above the Bank of England base rate which, after 14 days of non-payment, can be backdated to the day the rent was due.
• Any keys or security devices that are lost or broken by the tenant during the tenancy will be chargeable to the tenant.
• Any alternations/variations to the tenancy agreement and made at the tenant’s request: £50.
• Early termination fee (with landlords consent): £360.

Tarr Steps is a clapper bridge across the River Barle in the Exmoor National Park, Somerset, England. The bridge is in a national nature reserve about 2.5 miles south east of Withypool and 4 miles north west of Dulverton. Dulverton is a small town which provides a wide range of shops and other facilities being popular with both tourists and residents alike. It provides a fine base from which holiday makers can partake in a number of rural activities including walking, riding, shooting, hunting, fishing, sailing at nearby Wimbleball Reservoir and motoring to other parts of West Somerset and North Devon.
