Property description
Situated on the edge of Dulverton just a short walk from amenities, this nicely presented cottage is full of character and boasts 3 double bedrooms, cosy yet spacious living space and a generous garden with some lovely views. EPC: E
Available unfurnished or part furnished if desired, Rock Cottage offers a nice mix of character features and modernisation.
The cottage is entered via an entrance porch which leads into an open plan dining area and living room. The working wood burner and exposed beams give the room a cosy feel. The modern kitchen has a back door leading out to the garden and there is a separate utility room with a cloakroom off of it.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a family shower room.
Outside, you will find an extensive garden spread over two levels. Just outside the back door is a patioed area built into surrounding rock face. Steps rise to a stretch of lawn where there is a small raised patio area and from the back of the garden there is a lovely view over the town and surrounding countryside.
Positioned on the edge of Exmoor, there are plenty of scenic countryside walks in the area. The town itself has a good range of amenities including a post office, local cafes and pubs, a popular Thai restaurant, a veterinary practice, a Co-op and local butchers and greengrocers.
