I love the Belfast sink it just shows no corners have been cut and adds to the classic cottage feel. There is a dishwasher, double oven and induction hob. I also could not help notice the beautiful stone floor and large door which leads onto the sun trap flagged patio deck. It flows perfectly and the patio being accessed so easily is ideal for Al fresco dining and of course the BBQ. The terrace is easy to maintain and very private and also offers a gate which leads directly to the designated parking bay making it easy to bring in shopping to the kitchen!
The first floor continues to seriously impress. Two large double bedrooms with useful storage cupboards which can stay. I love all the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms up here, all bespoke, all chunky wood with tasteful latches which ooze that classy cottage feel. The bedrooms are serviced by the amazing house bathroom which is beautifully tiled floor to ceiling. What I really appreciate is the space which has allowed for both a walk in shower and a separate curved bath tub.
There really is not much more you could do to improve this inviting home. It is a very rare find in the rental space and available long term.
