Property description
INTRODUCING BUILD TO RENT AT THE BARRACK QUARTER
The Barrack Quarter brings Dorchester's first Build to Rent neighbourhood to the town, professionally managed on the historic site of the former Depot Barracks. Haven House is the first completed building, with the first furnished homes now available, each with a private balcony, supported by Atlet's on site resident team.
WHAT BUILD TO RENT MEANS FOR YOU
At The Barrack Quarter, the homes remain under common ownership and are professionally managed together. That means one standard across the whole neighbourhood, and with Atlet's resident team based on site, you'll always know who to speak to, whether it's about your own home or the spaces you share.
YOUR HOME AND PRIVATE BALCONY
Doors open from the living space onto your private balcony, with room for a table and chairs: the natural spot for a morning coffee or an evening outside.
Inside, Flat 3 offers approximately 516 sq ft on the first floor, reached by stairs. The open plan living and kitchen area is finished in light oak effect flooring, with quartz worktops and a full set of integrated appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury orthopaedic mattress and fitted storage, and the bathroom has a bath with thermostatic shower over and an illuminated mirror cabinet. With underfloor heating, full fibre broadband included and furniture throughout, it's ready to move into immediately.
A NEIGHBOURHOOD THAT GROWS WITH YOU
From day one, residents have Atlet's resident team on site and full fibre broadband included. The Barrack Quarter will then continue to grow around its residents: the Residents' Lounge & Co-working is anticipated to open in summer 2027, followed by the Quarter Acre Garden, Parcel Room and secure cycle storage, with the Gym & Wellness anticipated in winter 2027/28. All future facilities and opening dates are subject to completion and may change. Please note that the wider scheme remains under construction.
A WELCOME FOR OUR FIRST RESIDENTS
While the resident spaces are completed, our first residents receive £150 off each month for their first 12 months: a saving of £1,800. See the practical details below.
