Tenant Application Process & Required Documents
To secure your rental home, we conduct essential checks, including credit checks, tenancy history reviews, and income verification To proceed with your application, you must provide:
? Photo id – Passport or UK Driving Licence? Right to Rent (R2R) Share Code – Required for non-uk citizens? Proof of Income – Last 3 wage slips (if paid monthly) or last 12 (if paid weekly)? Bank Statements – Last 2 full months - Showing prior rent and wage payments? Proof of Address – Recent utility bill (excluding mobile phone bills)? UK Bank Account – Required for rental payments? National Insurance Number? Valid Email Address & Mobile Number

Guarantor Requirements
Some tenants may need a homeowner guarantor, particularly if:?? You are in a probationary work period or have temporary employment?? You are self-employed and have been trading for less than 1 year
