This is in most cases a full month's rent, unless otherwise stated in the advert. You accept that should a payment not be made in line with our policies, any offer of housing may be withdrawn.
Amplius operate a digital Lettings process. All our documents will be shared with you electronically and we would require a digital signature as part of the process. Therefore, it is important that each applicant must ideally have their own individual email address, however a paper operated approach is available should this be required.

We receive a very high volume of applications and unfortunately, we are unable to respond to everyone. Should we be looking to proceed with your application, you will hear from us within 5-10 working days of your application being submitted.
