Property description
Property Reference: 3068809.
This well presented and spacious 3 bed semi detached house is the perfect family home. It has an energy performance certificate at a C rating, meaning heating bills should be low. It has been well looked after by a long term tenant and will be ready to move into in early December. It is conveniently located on Coleridge Gardens very close to the shop and post office, bus stop and school. It has a large, private back garden mainly laid to lawn, with a patio and a substantial shed To the front is off road parking for 2 cars as well as a front lawn.
The house has a front lounge overlooking the road, and a back lounge and large kitchen overlooking the back garden. The large kitchen has a comprehensive range of units with space for a washing machine. There is a brick built shed connected to the house which is currently used for the drier and freezers. There is a downstairs toilet, and the whole of the house has attractive and easy to maintain laminate flooring.
Upstairs are three double bedrooms, rarely found in a three bedroomed houses. Two are at the back of the house overlooking the back garden and one has a front aspect. The well-presented bathroom is to the front, with a toilet, washbasin with cabinet underneath, and bath with overhead shower.
The landlord is seeking a long term tenant for this lovely property. Due to the Renters Rights Act credit checks will be undertaken by a credit reference agency, so applicants should bear in mind that anyone with a poor credit history is unlikely to pass referencing. The agency will also conduct affordability checks, and it is likely that applicants will need income of £3000 pcm in order to pass these.
Viewings are limited to fit around the requirements of the current tenant and will be 4.30-7 on Tuesday 13th October and Wednesday 14th October.
Please could anyone seeking viewing explain why they are interested in the property, who would live at the property (people and pets) and how the rent would be funded (wages, benefits, PIP etc).
