Property description
This spacious two bedroom house with fresh decoration and new carpets is well placed right in the heart of the popular village of Culmstock. EPC: D
Downstairs you will find a connecting living and dining room each with working fireplaces, a galley style kitchen with a brand new electric cooker and a back door leading out to the garden. There is a downstairs toilet behind the kitchen.
Upstairs, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A split level separates the bathroom from the bedrooms, the main bedroom is a large double room to the front of the property and the second is a smaller double room overlooking the rear garden.
Outside, the rear garden is enclosed with access via the neighbouring garden for taking out the bins and removing garden waste. There is currently some landscaping work being done which will be completed prior to the tenancy commencing and create more space for garden furniture off the lawn. A handy lean to on the back of the house provides some dry storage space, ideal for logs.
Parking is available on street close to the property.
Culmstock is a popular little village with a primary school, a local corner shop just a few doors down, a thriving pub, The Culm Valley Inn just a short stroll up the road and there are plenty of lovely walks in the area either along the river Culm which runs through the village or up at nearby Culmstock Beacon where there are some fantastic views.
