We are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). We try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.
What about the bathroom and kitchen?
There are two shared bathrooms, although a couple of the rooms have their own en-suite - a wetroom downstairs and shower room upstairs. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and gas hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. There is a separate utility room which houses the boiler and where the washing machine is installed. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!
