Property description
** Zero Deposit Guarantee Available **
*** AVAILABLE NOW *** Intermediate Rent. This property is part of a government-approved affordable housing scheme and is offered at 20% below the current market rent. Intermediate Rent is designed to support eligible households by reducing monthly housing costs, helping tenants save towards a deposit to purchase a home of their own in the future.
The tenancy will be offered on a monthly rolling basis, providing tenants with greater flexibility to end their tenancy once they are ready to move on and purchase a property.
The property is intended to provide short to medium-term affordable rented accommodation for a maximum period of five years. At the end of this period, the tenancy will be reviewed and may be extended if the tenant continues to meet the Intermediate Rent eligibility criteria.
The security deposit is capped at one month’s rent, helping to keep upfront moving costs lower than a standard market rent property, where the deposit is usually capped at five weeks’ rent.
