Property description
*** AVAILABLE NOW *** Intermediate Rent
This property is part of a government-approved affordable housing scheme and is offered at 20% below the current market rent. Intermediate Rent is designed to support eligible households by reducing monthly housing costs, helping tenants save towards a deposit to purchase a home of their own in the future.
The tenancy will be offered on a monthly rolling basis, providing tenants with greater flexibility to end their tenancy once they are ready to move on and purchase a property.
The property is intended to provide short to medium-term affordable rented accommodation for a maximum period of two years. At the end of this period, the tenancy will be reviewed and may be extended if the tenant continues to meet the Intermediate Rent eligibility criteria.
Please note: This property is available to rent only. There is no Right to Buy or purchase option attached to this property, and rent paid to the landlord will not contribute towards the purchase of this home. The scheme is intended to help tenants save towards buying a separate property in the future.
