Property description
Offering an enviable position overlooking the greensward on the highly sought-after Kingswood Heath estate, this imposing, high-specification four-bedroom home forms part of The Echelon Building—a beautifully reimagined Edwardian conversion comprising just 17 unique residences.
The property is entered via an impressive reception hall, featuring a staircase to the first floor and useful understairs storage. From here, there is access to a study, enclosed by floor-to-ceiling matte-black framed glazing, providing a defined workspace. A utility room and cloakroom are also located off the hallway.
To the rear of the property, the main living space is arranged as an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room measuring approximately 35’ in length. This room benefits from large feature windows and a bay, allowing for ample natural light. The kitchen is fitted with a range of high-specification units, integrated appliances and extensive storage.
In addition, there is a separate family room with bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. The rear elevation features a zinc-clad gable, contrasting with the original brickwork of the building.
On the first floor, a spacious landing provides access to four double bedrooms. The principal bedroom is of a particularly generous size and benefits from an en-suite shower room, as does another bedroom. Both are fitted with modern sanitary ware, including walk-in showers and vanity units. A large family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.
The property further benefits from underfloor heating throughout the living room and kitchen, along with bespoke window shutters fitted to the original restored windows.
Externally, the garden has been designed with low maintenance in mind and comprises a porcelain patio, artificial lawn and external lighting. A rear gate provides access to the parking area, where allocated parking is available for at least three vehicles.
