Grazing Licence - The grazing would be let on a Grazing Licence.The landowner may be able to check the horses on occasions but the responsibility of the horses remains with the owner on a daily basis. The field is long term pasture having previously been grazed by horses.
Access - Access is through the yard and full respect is required for the neighbours.
Parking - There is provision to park vehicles, including horsebox, subject to separate negotiation.
Services - There is mains water which is chargeable by way of a meter.There is facility to wash down from an adjoining building.
