The building is accessed via a secure entry phone system with the apartment itself being on the ground floor. A spacious Entrance Hall has doors to the Lounge/Dining Room, both Bedrooms and Bathroom.
The Lounge faces rear with windows and French doors to Juliette balcony providing lots of natural light. The Kitchen is accesses from the Lounde and has a range of matching wall and base units with worktops over, a fitted oven (with hob and extractor) and free standing fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Both Bedrooms face rear and are doubles with the main Bedroom also having an En-Suite Shower Room. The Bathroom has a white suite with shower over the bath.
RELEVANT LETTING FEES AND TENANT PROTECTION
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
