About the process

We will allocate this property on a first come first served basis. If your expression of interest is successful, we will contact you and ask you to provide more details about you/your household as part of the allocation process.  You application will be assessed and you will be informed you of the outcome. If approved, the Housing Officer will be in contact to make the necessary arrangements for you to view the property. The housing officer will also at this point, provide you with their detail’s to enable you to contact them thought the length of the application process. No deposit required however, we will require a minimum of one weeks rent in advance of your new tenancy starting.
