Where better to live with all your friends than in this fabulous 8 bedroom Crib. Each of the double bedrooms comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, storage space and its own flat screen television. However, it is the hugely spacious communal area which makes this crib so special. The large, fully equipped kitchen, is open plan with the living and dining areas which open up into the garden by two large patio doors. This huge area is perfect for communal, student living and large enough that you won't ever be stepping on each other's toes! The house also has three bath and shower rooms.
Lantwit Street is also in great student location. Situated right in the heart of the extremely sought after Cathays area, Lantwit street is also just a ridiculously short 10 minute walk to the University of Cardiff Campus, a 15 minute walk from the University of South Wales and just a 20 minute bus ride (or 40 min walk) for Cardiff Metropolitan Students!Lantwit street is also situated very close to two main train stations, Cathays and Cardiff Queen Street, making getting in and out of Cardiff extremely easy. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and bars located close by and in the city centre, which would be practically on your doorstep, and Bute Park is just across the road.
