Sales & Lettings Angels are proud to present this seven bedroom, three bathroom house with a SAUNA AND BAR located just off Cathays Terrace. This property is the epitome of style and brilliantly located!
What if we told you that this property not only had a BAR in the back garden, but also a SAUNA! This Treherbert street property is not only the epitome of style but also one of the best located houses in Cardiff. Not as loud as living behind the Cardiff University Student's Union, or as hectic as living near Gassy Jacks but still only a gentle stroll away.
The ground floor of the property consists of an extremely modern and spacious open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is equipped with wooden counter tops, offering plenty of space, and is equipped with a DISHWASHER, washing machine, oven and microwave all snugly tucked away. The two fitted fridge freezers are floor to ceiling providing plenty of space for a LOT of groceries.
The lounge portion is spacious, light and is stylishly decorated in a red and grey theme featuring two large, comfortable grey sofas, a bean bag, a coffee table, two smaller tables, a rug, tiled flooring and matching red bins. However, the best feature of the combined kitchen/living area is the fitted 100 Watt Bluetooth speaker system, set up ready for your phone. Not to mention that the house comes pre-wired for both virgin media and sky.
There are SEVEN fully furnished rooms in the property that are equipped with double beds mattress, desk and plenty of storage space in the form of a chest of drawers and/or a wardrobe. Each room has been wired for freeview, so if you bring a TV you can just plug it in and you're ready to go! The rooms also come with hotel style safes for all those extra valuable items. The first two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of the property, with three located on the first floor and the remaining two on the attic floor of the property. The cherry on top of the cake here is that every room comes with USB wall sockets for easy charging of your devices.
There is two full bathrooms in the property which include a shower, toilet and towel rail. Both bathrooms have been tiled to ensure they maintain the property’s modern aesthetic as well as to aid ease of cleaning. The first bathroom can be found on the first floor of the property whilst the second is located on the second floor of the property. There is also a separate WC found on the ground floor of the property.
Finally is the garden featuring custom bar with a glass fronted pub fridge and spirit rack, Bluetooth sound system, pub grade bench and garden umbrella, covered and uncovered seating options and a disco light system. And all of that without even mentioning the built in Sauna this is probably the best back garden in Cathay's.
Treherbert Street itself is the perfect choice if you want to live close to all the amenities you will need. Tesco Express on Cathays Terrace is just a 4-minute walk away- ideal for all those last minute purchases! And if you fancy doing a larger food shop, Lidl is just a 5 minute walk away. Fancy a drink? The Flora pub is only a minute away, and the Woodville is a 6 minute walk away! Should you want to go out for some food and some cocktails, we would recommend Face 11 which is just down the road, you can't beat the location! It is close to both the Cardiff University main building, and the Heath campus-meaning this house is perfect for all students!
