Property description
What an opportunity! Renovated recently is this absolutely magnificent 6 bedroom house on Fitzroy Street, Cathays - slap bang in the thick of the action and just a 5 minute walk to the Humanities Building and The Woody and just a 10 minute walk to the Union. Amazing standard throughout with one of the best lounges in Cathays (you need to check out the atrium - so cool!) All 6 bedrooms are a good size with 3/4 bed, desk, chair and great clothes storage with each floor benefiting from a bathroom (minimising the morning rush!) Lovely furniture, lovely location - quite simply just lovely, lovely, lovely!
