Are you looking to live in one of the most gorgeous properties in Cathays for the next academic year? If so then this luxury property is the one for you!
The property itself will comprise 6 double bedrooms, and 3 luxury bathrooms, one open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining area and living room separated with a partition along with a private garden enclosed to the rear.
The whole property oozes style that you do not get from many student properties! As you enter the property, the ground floor will provide access to the first 2 bedrooms, the first bathroom and the main communal area - the fantastic kitchen/dining and living area.
As you can see from the photos there is nothing not to love about this property. Each bedroom has been finished to an extremely high standard with stylish decoration throughout. Each room is furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair and built in fitted storage space for your belongings and 43inch Samsung Smart TV. On top of this the landlord has installed a top of the range intercom system where every tenant will have an intercom assigned to their room to manage visits from guests. This also connects to your phone so you can see who is at the door when outside of the house! The system is known as a Door Bird system!
The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of cooking and storage space. This includes a washer/dryer machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools, double integrated fridge/freezers and oven, microwave and hob. This opens out to the dining area that has been furnished with a modern dining table and chairs. Finally towards the end is the living area with a 60 inch Samsung Smart TV slightly separated with a partition wall. Plenty of natural light pours through from the patio doors to the garden. This is one of the best communal areas to have in the whole of Cathays with the heart of the home offering an amazing place for tenants to get together, share meal times and socialise.
From the end of the living room you have access to your own private garden space, paved and easy to maintain and a great space to socialise in the summer months.
To the first floor are three more bedrooms and the main bathroom. The bedrooms follow suit throughout the house with their modern decoration and furnishings, all with plenty of natural light flowing through your double glazed windows.
The bathrooms throughout are incredibly stylish, just like the rest of the house, one of the best you'll see in Cathays! The bathroom has all the modern fixtures and fittings you could need. There is a walk in shower, toilet, wash basin and cabinet, light up mirror and heated towel rail. This House has 3 bathrooms in total, one on each floor all with luxury tank fed power showers so no running out of hot water
To the second floor is the final bedroom and ensuite bathroom. All of the bathrooms are individually styled and some of the most gorgeous bathrooms you will see in Cathays with floor to ceiling marble tiles and modern fixtures and fittings!
The rooms on the top floor needn't worry about losing internet strength given the Wi-Fi mesh network installed throughout the whole property.
Please note this house has been fully refurbished and insulated to the highest stand to keep your energy / running costs to a minimum.
