Sales & Lettings Angels are delighted to offer this 6 bedroom 6 bathroom property on Monthermer Road
This amazing, bright and airy home is available to rent to a group from 1st July 2027 - 26th June 2028
The layout as per the attached floor plan is as follows: Two bedrooms -both with stylish en-suites , a WC and open plan lounge kitchen to the ground floor leading to an enclosed garden patio area which has rear lane access to the rear for bikes.
To the first floor are three more generous size bedrooms with ensuites and finally to the 2nd floor is a huge master suite with en suite bathroom.
All bathrooms are fitted with luxury power showers which are tank fed so there is no chance of running out of hot water
The property benefits from student luxuries you simply will not find elsewhere on the market such as Door Bird (which is an intercom app that allows visitors to ring through directly to your mobile from your front door for you to allow them access without having to leave your bedroom!), Mesh Wi Fi (resulting in no cold stops or internet repeaters being necessary as the strength of the internet is spread between all parts of the house including bedrooms) and there is even an air conditioning access point to the super swish master bedroom jon the top floor - very handy after the roaring summer we have experienced.
Each bedroom has been professionally individually styled, with the focus on student practicality alongside modern luxury. Very few properties in Cardiff offer this exciting balance of being able to offer students absolutely everything they want in a student house!
The bedroom furniture package offers a double bed, fitted double wardrobe, mirror, set of draws, desk and professional desk chair.
As mentioned all bedrooms have been individually styled with room 5 benefitting from a lovely traditional bay window allowing light to flood through a south facing window and our personal favourite Room 3 which has a vaulted ceiling and dual aspect window again giving off the feeling of being an upmarket hotel room rather than a student house!
Each of the 6 en suite bathrooms are fully tiled in porcelain and offer a walk in shower, wc and basin along with a demisting heated mirror complete with LED lights.
In addition to 6 en suite bathrooms there is a 7th WC for guests on the ground floor - very handy if you are based on the top floor!
The absolutely phenomenal open plan lounge area is simply beautiful.....
With appliances to include a wine chiller, dish washer, 2 x integrated fridge freezers, a washer drier, smart 6 ring hob and breakfast bar there is nothing that has been left out by the landlord. When the property was fully remodelled in 2021 - the landlord also installed very large patio doors which allows light to flood through the space.
Please note this house has been fully refurbished and insulated to the highest stand to keep your energy / running costs to a minimum.
