Property description
A beautiful 5 bedroom property located in a sought after area for all Cardiff students and the attractive Roath area for the graduates and young professionals.
With 5 large double bedrooms this property boasts a lovely homely feel with an open plan living and kitchen which leads onto a stoned garden with decking through bright French doors.
All have a double bed with storage underneath with a mixture of metal and wooden framed beds. Each room also has a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Rooms also have desks and laminate flooring which are great for keeping your room nice and tidy.
It has a modern, good size kitchen that has a electric hob and oven integrated into the wooden effect kitchen units. This leads onto the lounge which has a sofa accompanied by a wooden dining table with chairs which can be used for relaxing and eating together in the evenings.
The property has 2 bathrooms with a shower room downstairs and lovely bathroom upstairs with a shower over a bath.
There is a small utility room with a large capacity washing machine and separate tumble dryer, so no arguments over getting your clothes washed and dried.
The garden is a brilliant addition to this bright and airy property. It gives you a lovely little sun trap for you and friends to relax, have a BBQ or catch a tan when revising for those exams on the good sized decking.
