Property description
A great four bedroom house on one of Cathays' hidden treasure streets - Cranbrook Street! Tucked in just behind Salisbury Road, this house is perfectly located for all University campuses, the SU and the City Centre. The house is great and offers front lounge with laminate floor and spacious double bedroom, downstairs. The kitchen/diner is a great space - perfect for a gathering (a quiet one, of course!) To the rear of the house is a shower room and small utility space. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms, all of which are an equal size - handy for avoiding disappointed housemates! Outside the house is a paved garden. A great house!
A holding fee of £50 per person will be payable to secure the dwelling. This will be deducted from the final balance payable upon moving into the dwelling, subject to a successful application. Jeffrey Ross Limited reserves the right to retain this payment should the applicant have provided false or misleading information at the time of applying for the dwelling or failed to take reasonable steps to enter into the Standard Occupation Contract.
Yours for £500 per person, per month - go on, you know you want to!
