Not to mention the defining feature of the kitchen, the built in breakfast bar complete with stools, perfect for dishing the morning after, or pre-ing the night before. And situated just off the laundry room is a separate W/C. Last but not least is the bedroom found on the ground floor, with a stunning view of the back garden through enormous windows this is a serene room with a lot of natural light.
On the first floor you'll find the other 3 bedrooms which are equally as impressive as all four bedrooms are carpeted, neutrally decorated good size doubles and come fully furnished the a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk with chair. The first bedroom on this floor overlooks the street, and the other two overlook the garden as the one on the ground floor does, affording them all the same abundance of natural light and tranquillity. Also on this floor you'll find the bathroom, stylish, modern, and recently refurbished with tile and marble. It comes fully furnished with a shower and separate bathtub, basin and toilet.
The property benefits from a great private rear garden with a stylish brown deck which leads onto the luscious greenery. This space is ideal for barbeques in the summer, chilling with a few beers and a few mates or on the day to day just storing bikes and drying washing!
